The Wellesley Legacy Society honors donors whose planned gifts will make a difference for future generations of Wellesley students.
“Wellesley has given so much to me. Simply put, the College has been a major part of my life. Naming Wellesley as a beneficiary of my estate is yet another way I can repay the College for all that it has done for me.” —Barbara Reade Levings ’47
The Wellesley Legacy Society honors alumnae and
friends who have created life income arrangements, remembered Wellesley
in their estate plans, made Wellesley a beneficiary of a retirement
account or life insurance policy or made some other form of planned
gift. There are currently more than 1,700 members.
Members of the Wellesley Legacy Society are invited to participate in conference calls with senior administrators who bring news from the College throughout the year. We also hold Legacy Society regional and on-campus events.
